ONTARIO PAINTBALL CHALLENGE RENTAL AGREEMENT

1.I certify that I am at least 18 years of age or older and will abide by all rules concerning rental of equipment from Ontario Paintball Challenge.

  2.I agree to hold Ontario Paintball Challenge (or any employees thereof) not responsible for any liability due to injury or death or destruction of property due to improper use of paintball equipment during or after use of this equipment

  3.I understand that the terms of this agreement is a rental period of 24 hours. In the case of a Saturday rental. Equipment is due back either on the same day by closing or on Monday (closed on Sunday) by prior arrangement I further agree to pay a late fee of the full rental price for each day each rental is late. Any equipment returned more than 1 hour late will be charged a late fee unless arrangements have been made prior to the equipment being considered late.

4.I agree to pay for and damages to equipment that are caused by negligence. This occurs easily if the following instructions are not followed. Goggles are damaged by wiping lens when they are dusty, sweaty, or paint covered. Do not wipe lens with dirty hands, shirts, etc. Goggles should not be totally submerged in water. Proper care of goggles is rinsing lightly with water or spraying with water and then wiping gently with a clean 100% cotton towel or cloth. Guns and goggles must remain free from dirt DO NOT pick up paintballs off the ground and put back in the hopper. This will damage the gun and cause it to malfunction. You will be responsible for this kind of damage.

 5.I am not responsible for normal wear and tear. I am responsible for lost or damaged parts. Please check your gun occasionally for loose parts or screws.

  6.I agree to provide Ontario Paintball Challenge with some form of LD. and a deposit may be required for rental equipment leaving the area.

  7.As the renter, I agree and understand that I am responsible for all the equipment I rent and I will also inform others using the equipment of the proper care of the equipment

  8.I agree to only buy and shoot Paintballs purchased at, or approved by Ontario Paintball Challenge through their rental guns. I agree to pay a $5 per gun fee for using unapproved paintballs.
